they simply box stores and purchase their tropicals there. However, many of the
plants seen in HOme Improvement Stores are grown in greenhouses and are imported
from tropical regions. As soon as you put these out in full socal sun they will
immediately begin to show their vulnerability. Although we recommend amny of the
"understory"plants shown below do better in shady conditions, our tropical foliage
shown below (in many cases) can take up to full SoCal sun.
